Iguana Pauline is a recently hatched resident of Tulemar. We first met her when she began to visit our the settee in our garden and take advantage of the afternoon sun. The more she hung around, the more accustomed to us she got.
One day we noticed she was having a bit of trouble reaching the hibiscus blossoms that she likes to snack on. The branches were bending under her increasing weight, with the tasty blossoms remaining a bit out of her reach.
We decided to give her a hand, and now she waits for her breakfast like a faithful puppy. The question is, though: did we train her or did she train us?
She’s still wild and comes and goes as she pleases (she used to sleep inside the bamboo fence you see her sitting on, but got a bit too big to get in and out now), but you might be able to meet her when you come stay with us at Tulemar.
If we’re this good to our iguana, imagine how good we’re going to treat you!
